try tightening up the sump bolts first
you might get away with this
otherwise it's a pain to change
engine out, or pull off the k-frame (both a fair bit of work)

you dont need the engine out or k frame off ive been reading up on this as mine to is leaking all falcons do just different stages but its says in one of my work shop manuals unbolt engine mount from chassis and lift motor up by 3 inch if i remember right and the sump can easily be removed im still to put this into practice but looking at it looks like it will work

interesting
i was going by the workshop manual, but if there's an easier way, then all the better.
anyone tried this way? or got a better approach?

isnt unbolting the engine and lifting it 3 inches basicly removing it? i read up on doing this wile back n yes either that or remove k frame, is the only way to do a sump gasket, if ur looking for an easier approach go buy a sillocone gun :-P
