Don't ask me how but I've locked the keys in the ignition of my EF wagon and I haven't got a spare.
Can somebody tell me how to get in without doing any damage? C:oops: Cheers

break a window....hehe

you could try sliding a wedge between the window door frame and the body and then use a long wire to pull the handle

Thanks I'll give it a go in the morning.
I just did a Google on it and there's a video of someone using a metal ruler. Looks dead easy but I'll let you know. Cheers

I would call the racv or whatever tas has as an equivelent. Otherwise forced entry is an only option. Im not 100% on this but if you can gain access under the bonnet and pull power and reconnect it the locks may cycle open. Another method if you have time is the flexible packing plastic, put it through door seals around lock and try to pull it up. Good Luck

When I locked my keys in the boot of my BA, the racv guy used a plastic wedge in the door rubber and stuck a coathanger with a hook down there to unlock it, took him about 30 seconds.

+1 vote for this option.

The window may seem small and cheaper to replace, but in fact you can't just get a rear quarter window like you could with the actual main window. You'll need to get like a whole new frame with it which might cost a fair bit unless you get it at a wreckers.

I say slim jim if you know what to snag in the door to open the car.

phong =P~

Break the plastic surrounding the lock on the tailgate, remove the lock and pop the tailgate open and climb thru to the front. Call your local wreckers to make sure they have a cheap replacement first.

That'll work. when we had the EF, I have the habbit of opening the door with the AU key. at the time, the EF central locking remote was stuffed. so yeah, give that a try.
