vise grips on the back brake lines and oil if need be, that should light them up no worries,
secondly, make sure your not pushing to hard on the brake pedal if you goin without vise grips, BTW visegrips might cut the line so be careful of that one mark

i know the cheapest way, vice grips on the back break line !! clamp the rubber line going between the solid metal line on the car body to the metal line on the diff ,have fun.

atm i got an auto ba xr6 ute 2002. this car doesnt seem to do burnouts in its stock form. wot would be good? Go to your local wrecking yard, and find the biggest windscreen washer bottle you can, and about 4 of the nozzles instead of the regualr two, go get some piping for it, hook it all up so that the squirters squirt DIESEL:twisted: all over your rear tyres therefore making seem like your the best and can start lighting them up in 2nd gear with ease |

Dude glad you could get the BA spinning, since i can get my stock ED spinning, with a little brake and plenty of acceleration. Had a few go's last night on a "private industrial road".

As a bloke who loves Fords I also like to ride a motorcycle. That stuff you put on the road may help you skid, but may kill someone like me. No oils please. Amen! I've had a few scary instances on bikes with oil and grease on the road I assume this was for a burnout compitition on a control environment. like he said, I'm a fan of burnout!. The advice I gave was for track use only. at least then, there will be an ambulance there if you loose control & injure yourself or others & a tow truck on stand up if you snap a $8000 gearbox. by the way, how much are the BA trans cost this days?

WHY WHY WHY just one question... how did you find this thread? was it like 12 pages deep? anyway if you read the thread while mining it, read 1/2 way up this page "68keith" wrote the exact thing you did. |

And 68keith wrote the same thing as several of people before him... a lot of repeated advice was handed out in this thread..
