Hey guys i have a 94 ef wagon that currently has a 2.5" Sports system on it but i want to put on some extractors.

I spent some time earlier ringing around and the prices range from $450-$650

The $650 are mandrel bent pacemakers and the $450 lukeys and for $490 i can get mandrel bent hurricanes.

Has anyone heard of these hurricanes before or had any troubles?

I am aware that lukeys are not the quality that they used to be and that pacemakers have a great reputation.

Does anyone have any advice with this?

they are all better than stock but you could keep an eye out for second hand pacies and fit them your self.

The best price i got on pacemakers was $550 so its not too bad- i missed out on some on ebay that went for like $150 but i didnt wanna run the chance of them being no good.

I think i will end up gettin the hurricanes as they are almost $100 cheaper than pacemakers but they are mandrel bent as well.

Are those prices installed?
There's 2 types of pacemakers, 4499s and 4480s, the 4480s are the expensive ones (though tuned length, worth the extra IMHO).
I wouldnt bother with the Lukeys or Hurricanes when you're buying new.

Has anyone bought any ebay extractors like these ones? they are very cheap and i am not sure as to if they are really worth taking the risk.
