Ok after having the dash apart several times I've stuffed up the vacuum lines running to the back of my heater/aircon unit.
It was blowing hot air all the time, and when you pressed the recycle air button the air would only come out of the windscreen vents. Then I pulled it apart again, and changed a few hoses and all seemed to work fine.
But now when I try to turn the heater on, it only blows cold air.. All the other buttons seem to work fine…

Does anyone have a picture of where each line runs into the back of the unit??

Cheers

Sounds more like a blend door issue.

When you say climate control, do you mean you have converted to Climate Control, or are you talking about the standard HVAC controls?

The EF/EL gregories manuals have pretty good wiring/vacuum diagrams of the std & climate control systems.

Just a thought. Make sure that your heater tap is not seized shut, or defaulting to the closed position and jamming.

Constant vacumn to the tap will also mean that your heater tap is always shut. (default (no vac) is open).

Try pulling the heater tap vac hose off the tap and manipulating the tap actuator a few times.....see if that gets it going.

I'll give that a shot..

But I'm fairly shore there is something a miss behind the control unit, When I turn it to heat I can hear a constant vacuum leak..
