so it wasnt ANY GODDAMN THING to do with the rocker gear...

brendan mock picked it in about half a second. loose torque convertor bolt.

big thanks to him for looking at it, and anyone who replied... :)

i would have been happy to pay, as it had me and everyone who read this and the thread on boosted stumped - but he didnt.

brendan tightened them all with a rattlegun and loctite.

no idea why that started, pure coincidence, left my head scratching for weeks though.

f**k cars!

yeah looking back at the vid now, i cant really hear anything that sounds like a timing chain....u would need to hear it for real rather than through a s**t camera phone mic...

it reminds me what I always say at work to others...."never trust what the customer tells u"...u were sure the noise was timing chain related so we all assumed u were on the right path
