Hi guys I've got a problem and am unsure on what my next move is.
Since doing a BBM conversion on my eb it has been idling high, around 2000 rpm.
When I unplug the ISC it drops back to normal, I also swapped out the ISC thinking that was the problem but it seems to work as it should. On another note when I unplug the TPS it drops revs down to ~1000rpm. I've done the conversion with an EL ECU and J3 chip.
Is there something else that would cause it to rev high or is it something in the tuning?

Possibly tune but Jason knows his stuff. Try your idle adjustment screwdriver.

I've tried playing with the idle screw with no luck. Just wondering if there's anything else that might affect the idle? ISC and TPS seem to be linked into it but i've changed out both of those and the problem persists. I've tried two different J3s and it happens with both of them so I assume the tune isn't the problem.
Does anyone know if the o2 sensor is part of it too because i haven't changed that? just a guess.

Doubt the o2 is to blame as is would just run bad. I'm leaning towards map sensor at the moment or fpr has a vacuum leak. If you disconnect the vacuum line to the fpr it should pick up the revs and blow black smoke. Give it a try.
