in an AU cab the other day that had 700 or so, still seemed to be going pretty good.

my laser is about to tick over 400, still going strong which is great, considering you have to drive rev the tits off it just to keep up with traffic

I remember when i was about 15, i got into an XC cab and this sucker had about 980 on the clock with the original crossflow, and f**k did it show, this thing was SLUGGISH.
I said mate why don't you throw an engine in, he said why it's still running good, i'll wait till it turns over 1 mil lol.

mates au1 xcab 1,400,000 - original engine diff, second tranny.

our old ef xcab 999,450 - original engine tranny and diff, sold it two weeks later i find out he's cracked the head and managed to mangle the tranny.

au2 xcab 1,200,000 - original engine, 3rd tranny, 2nd diff.

all of these started first time ran very smootly, just had a little timing rattle above 2500-3000rpm.

My father does about 8 or so cab rides a month, and he has seen AUs with millions that still go strong.

My P.B. is an AU with 989,000 on it.

never seen an ef/el cab that had blown its head gasket. and the old mans been driving cabs for 10+ yrs now.

remember cabs are always at working temp so don't have the same kind of cold/hot life of normal cars so things don't wear in the same amt of k's.

some people change their engines and not their clocks so, those kilometers could have been through more than one engine
