yeah what he said ... if you can jack your front up a bit it will makes things much easier.. the EF's are a pain in the a*** to do!!!

Wot they said but don't bend arm 4 ways; try about six! Eb coil lead is easy to get to from underneath as is second clip for dizzy cap.

I accidentally pulled one of the leads out of one of the ends on n.o 6. I just forced the thing back in a few months ago. Might do them today then. Saves a bit of time with ramps then hey?

I read this post with great interest, my XR has 4 of the original ford leads (after 180,000km lol) and one blue and yellow lead and one black lead :S

meh ef's aint too bad if ur have smallish arms. i did mine by just taking the air box out although i did have a bruised arm from trying to hard to get my arm under there
