I love speculation on this sort of stuff.

So many variables, so many possibilities.

You might as well dyno it now and see what you get and then dyno it again once the super is in to see the difference.

I'd say about 180fwkws.

I'm going to assume that you thought that stands for Front Wheel KiloWatts?

or maybe it was done on a different dyno and the 120rwkw is right, because i very doubt a stock EB would have 111rwkw

It has an EL XR head... its basically a worked EL XR6.
I would have thought 130-140rwkw would be on the money for that work, thru a manual.

An EF with mild headwork, and a mild cam with pacies and a zorst - stock cat, stock intake, made just under 140rwkws.

Sorry is this guy for real! you cant just give a list of mods and expect some people to guess how much power it has.
It all comes down to what condition the motor was in, in the first place. If its done say 200,000kms or something it would have lost power, compression etc.

so yeah we can only guess.

By the way spend ya dosh a chuck it on the dyno now, and see if its even worth supercharging.

hmm mine stock did 124rwkw on the weekend..only redback and BA intake, i wouldnt be to surprised for a EB to get 111kws

its all very hard to say without knowing the specs of your custom ground cam, and how much head shaving you have recieved, compression etc.

if its a low to mid range cam, not much increase in peak KW would be had, but would be better torque down low for example. more low down torque means it gets moving better, so could actually be the same if not quicker than a top end cam.

too many variables. also, dont worry about your engine kw, its whats at the back tyres that matters. you could have 250 at the engine, but if your gearbox is slipping you could have decidedly less at the wheels, where it counts.

both yours and his dyno are very very happy. maybe they came from the same batch as mocks dyno.

redback and cai would be good for about 6-7 kws tops. cant say a stock ef has 117 kw at the treads. Never gunna happen not even if you rewound time and did it from the factory on a reliable dyno.

On a non s**t dyno run, a stock EB is around 90rwkw and stock EF/EL is around 100-105, a stock EF/EL XR6 is around 110-115. A Catback exhaust will give you 10rwkw max and a BA intake would lucky to give 1-2rwkw.

well on the same dyno on the same day a r32 vw got 116, it was a prelude dyno day, they usually put out 100-110 at the wheels stock...they were all around 102-107 with mods, so not really a happy dyno just a healthy motor.
