Before I upgrade my cam in my EF 4.0, I want to make sure I've got the good gear ready to install with it. Some of my lifters have been a bit sticky and noisy from time to time so I'd prefer to do the right thing and replace the set. I'm looking for suppliers and prices.

bought mine from shiftkits.com.au for a good price (aftermarket)
they dont come with retaining clips, you have to pay an extra $40 i think..... i didnt cause i already had ones to suit factory lifters and found they dont fit on these ones however i fitted the lifters without the retainers, just used sticky tape to hold them in until the rocker gear was bolted down and the lifters seem like good gear, will update in a few months if theyre still quiet |
