About a 15-20% increase depending on the condition of your engine. You'll notice it more if you have a manual.

I've just put on pretty much exactly what you are going to and have noticed a decent increase in top end power. But what i'm really happy with is the low and mid range torque, there's so much more driveability.

i think it would be closer to 10% at the wheels. maybe 15% if you have tight motor.

I thought it is more in the range of 5-10kw. I picked up about 5rwkw with extractors and high flow cat on my ex EF XR6, dont know about muffler. (didnt dyno before and after for that)

Pacemaker, makes extractors, either high temp painted (the blue you're talking about) or HPC (ceramic) coated.

Having a set, I can say with certanity it's them (if not others too, I guess blue paint isn't something only Pacemaker does).

Genies come in the blue paint too - they originally look silver/grey, but turn blue permanently after you have gotten them hot.

depends what extractors you get. there all different, and you'll find that different sets will give you power increases in different areas.
