i have been told i need two change my balljoints in my ef i6 on both sides i was just wondering how much they would cost including labour
The mechanic i go to said 120 per side i thought this was a bit of a rip.

Which ball joints? The upper or the lower? Or both?
More than likely its just for the lowers as they die first.

You cant change them while the spindle is in the car, so you're looking at probably 2 hours labour for both sides plus the cost of the ball joints.
If you remove the spindles yourself and take them to a suspension place with new balljoints you can probably halve the cost.
