i need a quick rough down on how to flush the cooling system on my el.i have one of those 10min flush thing just dont know which hose to disconnect to drain all the water.

On the bottom of the radiator on drivers side there is a drain bung make sure the heater is on hot so that you flush the heater too.

Sorry you said a quick run down... Haha umm once drained. Remove one of the heater hoses under the inlet manifold and put the drain bung back in the radiator and hold your finger over one side of the disconnected heater hose and use a hose to force water in the header tank and through the system until you see the water become clear coming out of the heater pipe. Do the same but with your finger over the pipe and let it run out of the hose until clear. Once done drain radiator again, reconnect heater hose and fill system with fresh coolant and start engine with radiator cap off until operating temp is reached and topping up as required. With falcons this is the best way to bleed the air out of cooling systems. Other cars you have to force water through while reconnecting heater hose to prevent airlocks.
