hi guys need help to reset base idle on my ea fairmont ive done it before on an eb but buggers me on how to do it again now any help please

sorry, read base timing for some reason
I think the procedure is still to put it in diagnostic mode (like timing) then adjust the idle screw to factory specs. Ill check to make sure.

Was gonna mention thats timing
Warm the car up, disconnect the ISC, set the idle to spec (sticker on rad support ), reconnect ISC.

Yep, in diagnostic mode (at the same point you would set the timing) with the ISC unplugged, turn the throttle stop on the side of the TB until you are at the right rpm for your model (should be a sticker in the engine bay).
