And..

Is the 1st OTT (over the top) quote you have ever recieved, obvioulsy others will do a bit better in those prices, but the 1st price wasnt 'that' far off imo fitted.

Considering they are pacey comps and probably are stainless steel, 1st quote is alright i would of thought. Hi-flow seems a bit expensive though.

your exhaust should cost 150 to 300 fitted, and extra for the tip
pacey comps usually arn;'t staintless and should be around the 450 mark
hi flow cat 200 and above.
i managed to pay that or less for all my gear fitted - fitting was usuall free for buying the gear from em, or was included in the price of the gear.

Cat back should be $270 fitted NO MORE, Pacy comps should be fitted for under $470. Highflow cat can be had for $100.

Most mandrel bent exhausts for a falcon is $290-350 fitted, extractors $300-550 fitted (dependin on brand) .. and hiflow cats are $150-400 .. so it can be justified

i realise it can be justified, just thought it was on the high end of prices you expect i guess.

in saying that, is it worth replacing the standard cat when going exhaust exractors... the cat is 120,000 km's old almost to my knowledge.

it'd be near the end of it's life probably, I've been told they last 100,000km's usually then start detriorating. Maybe take it off and check it out, or just leave it on.
