Hey all, Last weekend i fitted a K&N replacement filter for my ED and finally got my XH snorkel and fitted that tonight.

I havn't taken it for a spon yet, but already notice after revving i get the neet "rally pops" from the exhaust. (tis a 2.5")

My question is......

Will the car take long to adjust to the extra air getting into the motor and will i get different results driving on LPG or petrol.

Your experience and knowledge would be great.

p.s. extractors are next on the list

As for the air it should be good straight up, and for the fuel lpg iz better because of its higher octane rating (well so ive heard i could be wrong)

Ok, i am thinking i may have to get my gas adjusted, as it stall on idol now. If i put my hand over most of the air intake it runs fine.

I think it is getting too much air. lol. Could this be true. Petrol runs fine as he computer adjusts for it.

Driving is no probs, just the idol

im not sure, my dad did the same upgrades with his ED and its gas 2 and there waz no probs with it, it shouldnt be getting to much air just because the intakes a litltle bigger, id say get a mechanic to suss it out, but try the gas adjusment first couldnt hurt.

don;'t expect to notice much if anything when your drivign it.
when i went from no snorkel to snorkel on my LPG it caused trhe gas to stall at idle, had to be retuned.
