i recently got a 2.5 inch system with a straight thru resonator and a single straight thru muffler with 2 3'' tips out the back on the ba it sounds awesome and has heaps more pick up .... what other combinations work and what don't would be good to see what people recommend

Well there is a search feature hehehehehehe!

I used a 2.5inch mandrel bend cat back sys with one muffler and one resonator; goes good sounds awesome - extractors were all that was needed altho i didnt bother taking that step as insurance wouldnt cover it.

Im running a 2.5 mandrel bent redback system with only the single sports muffler in the middle.

No resonators and no rear muffler, but the thing I have noticed is that I dont feel I have gained much more power, it just spins up a lot quicker like It goes through the auto gears a lot more quicker.

This in total on my EB cost $300 installed, I want extractors but right abut now I'm pushing the legal noise limit, although I must say it gives it a nice 5.0ltr burble
