from that photo it looks like a random core of the right size and some poorly welded end tanks.

You really do need to ask question when a radiator like that can be sold for less then stock replacement one.
More so when a stock one will cool the engine with no problems and have a life of 8 to 10 years, (plastic end tanks give up at 8 to 10 years)

Agree looks like a cheap attempt.... why not just chase a 4 core heavy duty aftermarket radiator?

loosing coolant out the overflow i had a feeling it prolly would have gone into 100s if i was working it
i just got that old head done and put on .

i got a copper core/brass end tank rad off ebay, i don't like plastic end tanks either.
can't remember how much it was but it works great.
it's 3 row and a bit thicker then an XR8 radiator, but factory thermos still fit fine.

i dont like the part about it being made in shanghai china, also with the 3 year warranty im guessing u'd need to send it back there at you cost to have it repaired or replaced

Hi, shame you don't like plastic tanks. I have a near new double row aluminium core (fitted and removed june this year, car died before it left the mechanics) you could have had for $70 plus postage if you can't pick it up from mount druitt 2770
