Ford will sell them, for what they are theyre not cheap, like $6-7ea. If you're lucky they might have some in stock otherwise you probably wont be able to get them til monday, so wreckers might be your best bet.

dsyfer wrote: Mount EMS, any suggestions? under the seat is out due to vacuum hose would be too long, engine bay is out, I'm thinking passenger side inside firewall (I could build a cover to protect it) or inside the glove box. This is what I'm wondering too! I'm trying to mount a Haltech computer there somewhere but I'm leaving the standard ECU there for aircon and idle ect. I was going to attach it to the kick panel but in a box so people don't kick it and the popo don't see it.

I'd say use your glovebox, its out of the way and sight, but still readily accessible.
Is it possible to move the stock ECU and put the EMS where it lives? Not sure what that really achieves though lol |

Found two shims, Motortraders had them for $5 each.
Fuel rail mounted I am going to run this U-channel along the fuel rail and run the injector wiring in it, so it will be heat shrink out of the injector plug, and into a hole in the U-channel, hopefully will look net. More tomorrow. |

i'm enjoying the progress, the engine bay is going to look schmick, so full of brushed alloy.

Was out in the shed at 8am this morning, had to get out the oxy to warm me up me nuts... it was literally freezing.
This was the result of leeving a bucket of water outside the back door overnight, it was still 0 degrees at 9am Some more progress: Made up some return spring levers, there will be one on each pair of Throttle bodies, so each throttle shaft has it's own spring Quality hacksaw blades are a must. Got the whole intake ready including wiring, all ready to go to the the accelerator cable place in the morning and figure out the cable I think it came up good |

Looking good, only advise would be grommets for the holes the injector wires are coming from, over time the vibrations will wear right through those wires in no time if you don't.

No room for a grommet, but the wires are double heat shrunk and the hole is chamfered in and out, will keep an eye on it. |
