Ok, got the LC-1 to talk to the EMS had to make a phone call to EMS, as their manual must make reference to an older LC-1 controller? The current LC-1 doesn't have an Analogue Ground anymore (Green wire in the EMS manual).
So took her for a longer little drive once logging was working, it's now dark so packed up and I am going over the log file. Had a weird whistle develop, chased it down to a vacuum leak on one of the throttle bodies, just needed tightening a bit. I am going to re wire the TPS straight to the EMS, rather than piggybacking the original ECU, to get a better consistent reading. Also will run another water temp for the EMS. The vacuum is nice and strong for the brakes, they actually feel better than before. MAP reads nice as well, forgot to check heater controls etc to make sure they are getting good vacuum. I have Friday off from work, so am going to try and get it on a dyno. Still smiling that it's running |

Yep, still smiling, as soon as it kicked into life it made all the work worth it Does anyone know what sort of vacuum reading you get from the BBM and stock cam at idle? The vac rail definitely works well, the brake feel is real nice, better than before. |

deends on how much HP your pushing, i doubt youll need to run a 3" exhaust on this setup...
do you have any goals for power output?

Somewhere around the 180-200rwkw is where I would like to end up with it, I wanted to make a stainless exhaust for it, and doing that in 2 1/2 seemed like a waste, hence the 3" idea. |

that makes sence, youll know where you stand after the dyno. if you can only manage 140, i would stick with the 2.5"...

Looks like Monday is the earliest I can get on some rollers, which is good in a way as i get some more driving time to get the tune sorted nicely, saves having to do it after work in the dark.
