^^ Thanks guys, it is very satisfying driving it around, it has got me to work all week with no hiccups, for a cam that makes it's peak power at 6,100 it is surprisingly drivable, it does 90km round trip home to work and back with ease, hills, suburbs and city traffic, the ITB's seem to smooth it out down low.

Cool dude. How has the economy been? Man o man it sounds angry & meaty at idle!
Cheers ToranaGuy

Cheers ToranaGuy It's all depends on my right foot driven nicely it's not too bad, but it's too tempting to give it stick so it has been thirsty. But now I have the TPS tune pretty well at 12.5-12.8 over the entire map, I have started playing with the fuel override to get some economy at cruise, got it to 14.7 at cruise speeds on the way home home, idle at the moment is sitting at 13.8, the vacuum is constant -48kpa at idle, but pretty much jumps straight to -6kpa with throttle openings, cruise sits at -30kpa, so there is a fine line between getting it nice for cruise and idle, but rich enough for throttle openings. |

another way to help with keeping some economy, set up the decelleration fuel cut, so it cuts the injectors at a certain vaccuum on decelleration,
i have mine set at -11.75psi. |

That's a pretty cool idea Troyman! I will be keeping that in mind when i get to playing with my Megasquirt!
dsyfer -> That doesn't sound too bad at all, but I imagine with such short runners there is a very fine line between good cruise & starting to dump in fuel to gallop away? Cheers ToranaGuy

I reckon a MS would be fun to tune on a setup like this one, the Individual tb's. Cheers ToranaGuy

Hindsight is a great thing, whilst the EMS6860 is doing a great job now it is setup and sorted, it does sound like the Mega Squirt may have been a better choice for getting the tuning right on the ITB's.
I found a handy little thing today whilst checking the cam timing, if you undo the base from a dial indicator the shaft has the same thread as the rocker cover bolts, meaning you can secure it right onto the top of the rocker gear without the need to make up a plate to bolt on to Car is running like a dream, idles at 850rpm, starts up no probs in 1 degree cold mornings, and is now so smooth from idle to redline. Going to try and get back on the dyno maybe on Friday if there is a spot. |

It is now all sorted, finished the new linkages today, now all 6 throttle bodies are seperate, there must have been some binding with the 3 x 2 setup, as it now responds to the airbleeds as it should, a lot smoother transition off idle, and the pedal is now smooth and light. Will hook up the laptop tomorrow and reset the TPS, and check vacuum, but I would say it will be slightly higher.
Got a video of the first start up once the linkages were on. |

Sounds nice. Youve done a fantastic job with this.
Sorry havent followed the whole thread. When will you be dyno'ing this beast? As im sure you are aware Brockyb8 made 208 RWKW with a similar induction setup. Obviously many factors will contribute but you know that this is good for a hell of a lot of power. |

\Waiting for the 0-100km/hr vid.. should be in the High 6's or low 7's....a little shakey at idle but that's to be expected.

And mine and his setup are a little different . his setup is same as my old one
