Been looking at the printout more, and I'm pretty sure with a run to 6,100rpm it would crack 180kw, plus a couple of tweaks, the 166 run had 3 more degrees of timing in it than it does now, the cam is slightly advanced now for better drivability, so if I put both those back in, possibly 185-190.

Wonder what I would have to do to crack 200 before the turbo goes on? E85 maybe?

Check out those AFRs! 12.8-13.3 - if 13.0 is considered ideal for N/A engines, you are within .1 of that for about 90% of the rev range. How did you get them so consistent?

Oh, and the power is awesome for an N/A engine! Good job!

I was just comparing my readout - mine seems ok I suppose for what it is. what model engine is yours mate ? I kept getting wheel spin at the top end so I should get a bit better .

I think there is a FG XR6 on here with 200+rwkw, not sure what difference there is between the BF-FG though.

Mine is a stock 170,000 km EF bottom end, EF head (home ported + 30thou shave) surecam regrind, double valve springs, AU head gasket.
