hahaha, good luck fitting 6 turbos and the associated pipe work and the manifold on the hot side, plus merging 6 dump pipes would be interesting!

Not that I want to do it, but I reckon you could if done similar to this one just with 6:

Be sort of just like moving a set of extractors a bit further out.

I have four weeks off work at xmas time, so I am seriously contemplating painting the engine bay;

Week 1: Pull everything out, wire wheel paint, start seam and hole welding
Week 2: Finish welding, start sanding, prep for etch primer
Week 3: Hi fill primer, colour, colour sand
Week 4: Polish, new loom goes in, old wiring back to the ECU out, engine in.

Depending on time, could also do the front and rear bumpers and bootlid.

New design for ITB manifold, lot less welding, neater, has points for mounting fuel rail and linkage setup.

Water jet cut 15mm aluminium for the head flange
Image

Then mill down to 10mm except for the injector and mount points
Image

This will leave enough to be able to mill a 30 degree angle and drill injector holes straight into the manifold flange, rather than need separate injector bosses drilled and welded in
Image

in xray mode, you can see where the injector hole cuts into the runner.
Image

Using pipe through flange construction saves the hassle of lining up and holding the runners perfect whilst welding.
Image

Runners and two flanges, a lot less work than the last one
Image

The new manifold is needed to make a new linkage system that sits under the manifold, and has the cable come from behind the motor, so much nicer to look at and will work better and smother.

have you considered angling the throttle bodies at 5-10 degrees upwards on the head flange at all?

Would you consider running off another head flange at the same time? I want to build a plenum for my ute and a head flange like that would be so much easier.

Cheers

Snort make a head flange with runners and a flat plate that would be perfect for a plenum.

Had some time last night so thought I would model the whole setup, just gotta find the specs on the intercooler to finish it.

Unfold, for projecting onto flat surface
Volume calculator
Lines into tubes, for easy connect of tubing
Plus a few smooth edge and nicer extrude ones

Will the turbo being backwards in that pic affect your setup?

The turbine rolls inward towards the head, not outward.
