You wont be able to get a stroker kit for the I6, as it is basically a stroker, having a stroke of 4".

As said the CMS is the only option of a bigger cube 6, perhaps a 300ci longstroker could be adapted to fit, which i doubt would.

I would be more inclined if you can to go bigger displacement through bigger bore than strokin it.
I like oversquare stuff.
Stroking causes a bit of heat through piston speed, don't get me wrong it's all good stuff.
Does anyone know what oversizes are available for the Ford sixes?

over size pistons does sound the way, the I6 block has heaps of meat on it. you could taake out alot of the block and get a 4.1 i geuss from a bit of quick maths or more but than you get to the headits not going to match up with the bore hole i dont know much about thats stuff but would that make any differnce or do u have to take some out of the head as well so it match's the bore hole so ther isnt much of a lip the more you think about it the more s**t comes into play tell me if im wronge with what i just stated.

(i hope you guys like my grammer)

I don't think you really want to go more than 60thou over in the bore as it doesn't leave much metal.

Someone with more experience might be able to give a better idea though.

but the XE's had a 4.1 could i use that crank and than put over sized pistons in to get it to a 4.2

i think it would be a good idea to find out how much we can really take out but than you dont want to take out that much im planing to turbo and or supercharge the engine i still want it built like a russian tank at most i would do something like a lil over sized piston and the 4.1 crank if that works......
