have you checked that the intake manifold bolts are tight???

i cleaned it out with carby cleaner but previously i cleaned it out with wd40 about 4 months ago and it never did this till now then i took it off cleaned it with carbon cleaner and no results really

so a susgestion would be to get other one soak it with carby cleaner and spray some wd40 for lube on the shaft on the isc
