i want to get my injectors cleaned, cause its running rough on petrol. Do u just pull them out after reliefing pressure and disconecting wires or is there a special way?? Can i clean them myself with some cleaning spray or something?

not sure on removal on an xf, but should just have to unplug the wiring and then a clip holding the injector in.

As for cleaning, they really need to be flushed through. Pretty hard without the right equipment.
You can buy exchange injectors from repco etc... already cleaned and good to go.

Could be something else causing the engine to be running rough though.
