ive just put my head back on and the only thing that is stopping me from getting my car back on the road is the injectors.
is there an easy waay to put them back in to the fuel rail? im havign heaps of peoblemstrying to get them back in the rail ey. on the injector there r 2 groves. one that goes all the way round the injector an 1 that is like 2 slits on either side. which grove em i spos to use? please help. cheers.

use the first one.
edit: I also use a very very small smear of vasaline to make install easier.

put a small amount of engine oil on the rubber 'O' ring and it will slide in nicely.
