ok peoples
i jus told the ownber to check the motor
on the front of the rocker
and he goes yes mate ur right
it says 3.9 6
so its not a 3.1 then
but it says that on the papers
so ill suss into it a bit more
i reckon its worht getting as i really olnly want a manual conversion
and motor and driveline is all sweet wiv only a few little trolley dents in the door

It would beg the question why you did all that work and didn't bother with a bigger donk?
The bigger capacity would surely give you nicer torque!

yeah i suppose hmmm what if the 3.2 head on a 4L donk would that be another waste of time???

the early heads are s**t. So waste of time lol....

Apparently the EBII-ED heads are the best in stock form the 91AA...

I think a turbo 3.2 would be a very interesting project. Much better rod ratio and lower piston speeds (actually quite close to a RB26) will rev much harder than a 4.0 would.

A bored and sleeved 3.2 is not far behind a 4.0 on displacement but has much better geometry.

If I ever find a 3.2 in the trash pile Id be tempted to give it a go.

ok peoples well it looks like i will be buying the car
but not sure weather or not ot jus register it and transfer all my kit and parts from my black falcon to that as the black ea needs a respray anyways or transfer the manual to my black beast

im not sure really aye

ok if i get this i am only really after the manual conversion and maybe the wheelsan few lil parts here and there

is any1 after parts
if so i will convert my black beast and strip the new 1 down and i will be selling it off in parts

when i get the new spac i will be stripping it down
