There's no way you'd get 145rwkw from an exhaust and airfilter, not in a pre BA engine anyway.
I think you have you facts mixed up. Exhaust and airfilter would probably get you about 125 rwkw

Around 100 rwkw, a bit more for a manual

I've got the Stage 3PS kit. My motor was an AUII XR6 VCT.

= 172 fwkw, or roughly,
= 120 rwkw (max)

With the Stage 3PS kit it boosted me to 160rwkw.

Hyena has the Stage 4 kit, 170rwkw.

Let me tell you, the cars absolutely fly. You are looking at roughly the same power as a BA XR6 Turbo (without the cost of buying one).

does anyone have dyno sheets or power figures and torque figures at rpm ranges for the 160rwkw motor i would like to compare them to a cappa supercharger kit, i believe the supercharger willl give it more torque or at least more down low and would just like to compare

Just disconnect your battery for an hour or so.

It clears all of the ECU's fault codes and makes it 'forget' stuff that it has learned about - i.e. how much fuel to add under certain cruise condtitions. Resetting does nothing for the wide-open-throttle performance.

Mate don't even think about multiple throttles until your ready to order a stage 5 or 6 engine.

extractors and exhaust only got me from 106 to 116rwkw on the AU and thats the sort of gain you could expect.

On some dynos that would show low 120's maybe but real world about a 10% gain in rwkw over stock.

Most people will agree a stock I6 EF-AU will show about 95-110rwkw depending on what day and whose dyno it is.
