had a couple dyno tunes done and was happy, now have sent away my chiptorque to get generic tune done as i am broke, will see how i go

to be honest it wont do much as your car is nearly stock. And since your car has a dizzy, you could get someone to play with the timing maybe and you should get some small results?
if you got a cam, and it started running rich or lean, then your car will benefit from a tune. EF's respond well from chips because its the only way you can play with the timing as they run coil packs sorry cant really be of much help? |

EF's respond well from chips because its the only way you can play with the timing as they run coil packs sorry cant really be of much help? the timing on an EF can actually be played around with, but its so much of a hastle its not really worth doing, the toothed wheel on the harmonic balancer and actually be pressed off and turned slighty (left or right) or (advance or retard) and then refitted. I have known a couple of people who have done this but way too much stuffing around |
