this morning i got my pacies fitted. i have a 2 1/2inch cat back and noticed once the pacies were fitted my note cleaned up heaps(and also a bit quieter)
then took it for a run and also noticed a bit of low rev range torque loss but felt it 2 1/2 maybe 3grand onwards. after a40min drive i deceided i wanted my note to b a bit more throaty so i took it back and got the resinator removed.
that worked the treat!

so all in all im happy!
next yr i planned to get a stage 2 engine rebuid by ITS performance so ill keep every1 posted :D

Nice work!

Sounds like you experienced the same I did, after the ph4480's went on it sounded heaps quieter and lossed some low down power, but i can feel it pick up (even a sudden surge under correct throttle postions) about 2500rpm. But it pulls hard in the top of the rpm range now.

I too wanted my note back and since my muffler fell apart I went and got a brand new Berklee cat back with no resonator, and it sounds awesome!

sounds good mate!

i replaced the factory exhaust system with a full 2.5in. exhaust system, high-flow cat and the 4480's.
the car goes so much harder, and the sound is nice, but not too loud.
it ran a 15.2 at willowbank, which i'm pretty impressed with, as it beat my old ef, which had more mods.

Go the pacies!

I am happy with mine which did give it plenty more power in the low and top end but not so much in the mid range if you look at the before and after dyno chart.

I think it might be the cat that warms up and gets louder.

but yeah, my car does get much louder when it gets warm.
