did a search and nothing came up

whats the procedure for removeing the k frame

can i lower it just enough to get the sump out or does it need to be totaly removed..

can i hold the motor useing a jack under the balancer,,any tips and tricks

I just had my sump replaced on friday, they mechanic needed to lift the engine, angle grind the cross member infront of the sump (towards the front of the car) then take the sump out, replace, weld the chros member back on and drop the engine.

4 Hours work, thats how he did it, i dont know any other way.
