Hose em off, soak them in water with the cleaning fluid on it, dry it and then reoil. you get a k&N recharge pack it's got instructions. |

if you have a shagged stock filter you'll probably notice a difference in economy, if its in alright nic though there wont be much....as someone else said if you go k&n though you wont have to replace it again

i would, or more often, no harm in doing it too much...
bear in mind a standard filter is cleaned with compressed air every service, and u cant put compressed air near a K&N one |
