Something in my engine bay. Might even be in my engine knocks under load. But I can only hear it through the passenger window.
Any ideas

Could be a worn ball joint, a broken rocker arm, noisy lifter, or coming from the power steering rack.

How do I go about checking a rocker arm? Just take the rocker cover off?
I think its something in the suspension area tho...

I'd check the suspension first before taking the rocker cover off.

If you jack the front left side up, you can grab hold of the wheel (parallel with the ground) and try moving it left to right to check the tie rod for wear. If you move the suspension up and down with a lever under the wheel (like a bit of thick timber), you can check if the lower ball joint has any play. Worn wheels bearings may also be the cause of movement. And prop the car up on vehicle stand for safety. Wouldn't like to hear you got squashed.

Do a visual inspection of the bushes on the front as well.

As EDXR6-poly mentioned, a worn shock. Just bounce the front up and down to see it makes any noise topping out, or if it seems spongy.

Maybe a broken engine mount.

upper control arm bushes perish, the metal through the middle of it collides with the bracket, good chance thats what you are hearing. Passenger side always seams to go first.
