Whats the trick to get the timing cover sealed properly? :x
Seems to be leaking up around the chain tensioner!
Also one of the bolts into the head from the from the power steering bracket seems to be seeping oil! Does this bolt go thru to oilway? :shock:

the only way to seal it properly is remove it and replace the gasket,,either engine out or cut and weld the square bar that runs in front of the engine.

the leaky bolt is a worry,,the oil gallery is on the other side.

Yeah I've replaced the gasket twice already but just can't get it to seal properly!

Is there a good sealing gunk that anyone can recomend :?: :oops: :?:

that bolt does, remove it and put some sealant on tat too

I think there may be an o-ring or something? mine was pissing oil out about 4 years ago and it got fixed by a mechanics. Hasn't leaked since.

Yeah fiddley bloody thing!
Had to drop the sump and lift the motor up slightly to refit the thing! :oops: :shock:
