I didn't realize how many people have opted for the AU conversion into their E series or EF/EL motors into EA/EB/ED series cars until reading this thread. I always thought people only did it because their old engine blew up...

Looking forward to seeing your tint-job mate ...I got enough money stashed to do mine too, but I'm gonna add a few more pennies and get the BPT custom dyno tune instead ...getting my DEV 5 running perfectly is my priority at the mo :wink:

geez they all look so good, ill post a s**t one just to be different, yes it is my car, and yes its done alot of kms, but NO not a single drop of oil comes out of this puppy... only ford i have had that doesnt leak anything!

hears mine thats about to be replaced with a el motor running a xr6 ecu.

motor thats going in geeting the bbm polished rocker cover powdercoated the block is being painted. all brakest and fittings getting powder coated and some polished.

then stainless intakeing. . should look pretty sweet.

going into a eb II

Heres mine, last few weekends i have been busy under the hood trying to clean it up a bit, sprayed the rocker cover and also did the thermo housing yesterday. Unfortunately i cant find a dark enough blue for the engine enamel.

like looking at an ugly pair of boobs. On the other hand, If I posted a LS1 photo, then thats a great set.

Who would want to look at i6 motor photos? do you guys have red hair and are skinny?
