i just loosened the timing chain tension bolt and it loosened the chain! i know what ive done wrong , i didnt screw the body all the way in so it was nt even sealed!
but i took it out and removed the bolt that goes through the body of it! but now i dont know how to reset it , i dont get the part where u use a 3 mm allen key to reset it???

ok thanks mate, but im still unsure of what i have to do exactly!
ive taken out the tensioner bolt, and theres a piston thing its covered in oil . so what do i have to do when i reset the tensioner, how do i correctly put it back in? cheers
