They are a good quality item, I used them when I rebuild my motor, never had an issue with them. At that price, why would anyone look elsewhere.

I've read where someone had at least one Nason lifter fail in their engine - and when i went to fit a set of Nason lifters the other day I found 2 out of the 12 had the swivel end part somehow collapsed back into the body - they swivelled ok but were clearly not protruding the same way the othe 10 were (ie. other 10 were same as the factory ones).

I chucked all 12 in the bin and refitted the factory ones.
