Re setting the springs or swapping will be around $300. Only a few inches is required or you'll be chewing tyres and bottoming out on everything. Not to mention bouncing on every bump. If you want lower get your camber looked at or you'll be up for $$

my cars pretty low, even tho all the shops tell me they have seen much lower, its true your camber does go out, chews the inside edge on all 4 tires, n leaves the outside looking brand new. if you wanna go low low, be prepared to spend 600-900 (depending where you go) to get camber kits installed for all 4 wheels

mine dropped 1.5inches and i still chewed the insides out, the falcons squat hard from lowering. I got a front camber kit suppled and installed for $200, it was a peddars brand but i organised it through my mate at jax. has made the biggest difference. i just rotate the front to rears every 5-7000km to keep them even.

Cheers

Phil

my 600-900 is a quote figure for all 4 and installed with a wheel alignment, cheapest quote i had from peddars was 460 JUST FOR THE REARS

LOL! My XR8 cost me $240 to put on Brand New SL/SSL springs. I also didn't need a camber kit. It all depends on the amount of adjustment left in the factory camber adjusting shim packs.

WOW!! 460 is ridiculous! also not every falcon has factory camber adjustment on the rears, I think it was only the upper market ones (Xr8 and beyond)
