Has any one ever tried fitting and LPG tank under an XG or XH ute. Im having trouble, as far as i can tell i need to get my exhaust modified.

The muffler behind the rear suspension gets replaced with straight pipe through, otherwise it won't clear the tank.
One tonners already have this system in place.

EDIT: I've assumed the tank will go in place of the spare tyre stowage.

what snap said,on AU/BA you remove the main muffler and move it to right at the back sitting vertical(not flat) and run a pipe aroung the lpg cylinder to the muffler
