Hey guys,
I was just wondering if anyone has or is using a Lukey hi flow panel air filter and are they any good.
How do they compare to a K&N air filter ?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

I'm guessing it's cheaper than a K&N, but prolly flows just as well, so in all honesty, it's not going to be huge, and it is only worth it if you really want it.

Nothing wrong with having one, mine came from the dealer with the K&N panel it fitted, I'm not exactly going to get rid of it. Think I've seen the factory ones, and they look like your car is trying to breath through a doona lol

Good chance you might tell the difference in exhaust note if you pay attention. Not that easy to tell, but have swapped filters around on all my cars and it does sound slightly at both ends; intake and exhaust.

Mate, for the dollars, give it a go, just don't expect too much. You should notice nicer throttle response, as in, not when you mash it, but you will feel more torque than before with light throttle. Peak hp may increase fk all, say 6hp, but better air delivery at any rpm allows greater torque I feel.

There would be more peak power to be gained from redesigned intake system. How much is it? $60 $80? You'll get that back next pay :D
