ok seems like they could be a good thing. the first lot will be to bolt up to the standard air box.we may look at making some later to fit a pod inside the air box.
i will talk more to the suppliers and powdercoaters and get some exact prices and some colours.
as for supplying them without powder coating this would not make them any chaeper as we would need to do quantity to keep the price down.
and chrome would hold to much heat anyway. postage would be about $15 or so.

I'm officially registering interest :)

Postage wise, if there's a few of us in sydney it would probably be cheaper to send them all up in one lot ? We could have a "come pick up your new intake meet" :)

Because gasses actually reduce in temp as thier velocity gets higher, its probably a good idea to not go too large a diametre with them, keeping gas velocities up. This is just a theory as Ive heard EF intakes being quoted to give the best output, this may be due to thier 2 smaller pipes creating higher velocities

Im not saying that is false, but on our dyno day we swapped cars from ef to el intakes and noticed decent improvments, to the fact of if you had an ef id get an el intake if you wont go a mandrel bent intake pipe..
