Do these come with rubber boots to allow engine moving?

One small question....Hopefully someone can help.

Went to fit it this morning....All the old intake off.Went to put the new one on and seen this small outlet pipe on the new intake. What am I to put in there? Or is it there to release air?

Any advice would be great as I have a car sitting in the garage with no intake at the moment..

It would have to be to put the hose to the PVC valve.

My intake doesn't have this small outlet. Therefore no PVC valve??

Block it of with a rubber end cap with a clamp. I would think it would have a PVC valve

Strange as every EL-AU cam cover I've seen has the front & rear hoses of the top so the rear engine breather hose should be the 1 to connect to that small pipe.
