I have mine mounted on the intake side of the motor onto the lifting point up front , i just reversed the spark plug lead it fit fine to the dizzy ,

Just had to drill a hole into the engine lift point and used the mounting kit from the Bosch coil

Who says the bore is different between an AU block and an XR6 Block?

Bore is the same for the 4.0l since it began. Same for E series 4.0, AU 4.0 and Barra 4.0.

Where do you get your facts from?

If you engine has a 93mm bore, then it is 0.75mm oversize, which is approx 30 thou over.

Bore for E series 4.0 is listed as 92.25mm Nominal with a stroke of 99.31mm nominal. Std motor & XR are same bore.
Bore for AU is listed as the same as the E series, again no difference between Std, XR or VCT engines.
