This is my mount, mind you it is for a coil pack on an EF, not a coil on an EL.

This is where my coil is mounted.
There is a plate of alloy under it 8mm thick, and with Sikoflex under that, because it's on a curved surface, and to absorb vibes so it doesn't crack the inner panel.
