Ok these are my ratings in PSI for all 6 cylinders.

1. 200psi
2.203psi
3.203psi
4.198psi
5.200psi
6.201psi

Are these good figures?

They are all fine. All are above 144PSI and are all within 10%. That engine is well within specs. The numbers are actually very good, so your engine is either quite 'fresh' or you have a 'generous' compression gauge.

It's been serviced almost every 5000k's.

good to see it's far above 144psi.

Very good numbers, I got similar with an old guage, bought a new one and got 180 psi across all cylinders. Possibly a dodgy or as MacGyver said a generous guage.

Yeah, as I said they seem pretty high. Have you had the head off to fix a head gasket leak and they shaved the head? This may add a few PSI.

185PSI is a more realistic number.
