Newbie here, wondering if anyone can help me

I have a 93 tickfordsportsman fairlane, that's be more reliable thaanything iv ever owned buy two week's ago the coolent bottle shatitself, luckily enough I bought a spare earlier in the year with the new regulators for the Windows
After fitting the new one I went about removing any airlocks, but still when its hot she runs hot when ts cold she seems to be ok but I get no heat from the heater, can't understand why must be another airlock, cause the head gasket is only a year old, no smoke, no oil or scum in the coolent and no bubbles either, just runs hot in the daytime and normal at night, if I leave her sitting idel she heats up aswell . Any ideas ?
