Hello, I need some help.

I'm A Uni student doing my thesis project on controlling certain systems of a ford falcon BA engine.

-The engine is to be used on a dynaometer water pump system. The future purpose of this is to have a practical applications for students.

I need to select an appropiate ECU such that it can change certain systems to induce problems, ie. Knocking, "limp-home mode" etc. And to monitor via a computer or laptop to record the effects of a system change within the engine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
