I just put some new Kumho ECSTA 225/50r16's on my ebII fairmont with 16" ford sports rims.
$145/corner, and now i have the same tires on all four corners. joy. They still like to spin in the wet tho, :\ and i have to lay off the wheelspin cause i dont really wanny buy new tires soon hehe |

sorry I got the XR rims.. they are 7.5" the 225/60/15 fir very nice.. I gotta remove a shim in each side as it to neutral camber.. and scrubbing the outside a bit..
but that can be fixxed.. but you can also get these in 215/60/15 205/60/15 and 195/60/15 as I'm gonna put on my wifes astra..

i need rubber too...
its sorta scary when youre driving with slicks, down the highway, overtaking someone sliding sideways with no gas... needless to say i pulled over at the first tyre joint

Well I have 15x 6.5 " Rims and I am running 215/60's and they are pretty damn good but being Bridgestone Grids I get a bit of sideways action in the Wet , He, He

P-Zero Corsas are awesome tyres along with P-Zero Rossos but i think they only come in the larger sizes... seriouly if i were to get a good set of tyre it would be a choice between C-Drives and TPG 6 to 1 half a dozen to the other

Never Have been and never will be a fan of brigestones, ive just never found there tyres to be as good as some of the other i also think there prices are a bit dteep for what they are

Yeah like a lot of things these days you are pretty much paying to have the Bridgestone name as well. The only other good thing with the Bridgestones is they do last a long time, that is if you dont do too many "burnouts" etc with them. I had a set of G'grids for 18months before I had to replace them (down to the indicators). Now I am running the newer G'grid II's on the front and they are heaps better than the old G'grid I's in the wet.

Have Bridgestone turanza's atm, and am quite happy with them, had them for 15months, and how ever long the last owner did, and they are just getting slippery now (almost ready to get changed) |
